In order to qualify for this card you must be at least 18 years old, have a valid Social Security Number that can be verified, and have a permanent place of residence with a valid address in the U.S. The initial credit limit is $300, but the available credit is $75.

There are no annual fees, but there is a one-time account set-up and documentation fee of $225.

There is also an account maintenance fee of $12 per month. One can increase his credit limit, semiannually; the card will be reviewed for a limit increase. The maximum credit limit that can be obtained is $1,500.

Credit approval is dependant upon the recipient’s credit history and current credit bureau report.
